Project terms
This is not a live store. Products, prices, sellers, contact details, and orders are fictional. This page demonstrates the expected placement and structure of store terms.
1. Nature of the service
NOVA Market presents the author's design and development skills. No sales contract is formed, no real payment is collected, and no goods are shipped.
2. User account
An account exists only in the project's portfolio database. Users should enter fictional details and choose a password they do not use elsewhere.
3. Prices and orders
All prices are displayed in EUR for demonstration. Delivery costs appear before a test order is sent to Stripe Checkout.
4. Payments
Payment details are entered on Stripe's hosted sandbox page. Only Stripe test cards may be used, and the “Stripe test paid” status does not represent a real charge.
5. Liability
This project must not be published as a live store without a legal audit, HTTPS configuration, a production database, a payment provider, and monitoring.
